There are three easy ways you can make a payment.

2.  Direct Deposit into our Westpac Bank account.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. Most questions have text accompanying diagrams that The Online Tutor will be able to interpret. If your child does need to describe a diagram or symbols in their own words then this is an important lesson in itself. They could also use Draw in Word or Paint to email any diagrams if they wish.  

 

I want to share an appointment time with a friend but neither of us can go to each others house to share the computer.

The advantage of Messenger software that we use is that you can hold a three-way conversation from three separate computers. You can all work from the comfort of your homes!
 
Can I make a payment just before starting a conversation?
 
Our services are based on prepayment.  Once we receive notification of your payment you will be able to start using our services.
